8. Subscription & Payments

– Pricing and payment terms will be displayed in the app.
– Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:
– You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
– We receive repeated complaints about your conduct.
– We decide to discontinue the Service.

You may terminate your account anytime via the app settings.

– We do not guarantee that you will find a match or relationship through the Service.
– The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
– Hikzo Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
– Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, if any.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
We will notify you via email, app notification, or website before the changes take effect.
